La RUCHOFRUIT is a craft business over 30 years old located at the foot of Mont Ventoux , on the southern slope in Bedoin . It is here that throughout the seasons, Anne-Marie and Christophe concoct various sweet and savory recipes for you.
Our region, Provence , is rich in fruits and vegetables. We choose them in priority from local producers and wholesalers, in this way, we guarantee the good quality and the authentic taste of the products that we prepare for you.
Thus, the jams , from the traditional Apricot, Fig, Cherry, Méréville, Carpentras Strawberry, the original Apricot-Lavender, Raspberry-Rosemary, Fig-Walnut, Strawberry-Basil… to the more unusual Kiwi-Apple-Orange, Pear -Caramel, Carrot-Orange, Cherry-Rum-Cinnamon… share the bill with Spreads and Condiments : green olives and black olives, tomato confit, eggplant caviar and other chutneys, not to mention the range of Vinegars made from fruit or vegetable pulp.
What's hiding under the lid?
under the lids, you will find products entirely manufactured by us, in our workshop in Bedoin. Under the lids of jams there are a lot of fruits and sugar, a minimum is needed for preservation, gelling. In the jars of condiments and spreads, only good ingredients, no preservatives, no coloring. With us, everything is on the label, we have nothing to hide from you.
What is the shelf life of the products?
On all our products you will find the MDD (Date of Minimum Durability ...) which means that our products retain their organoleptic, physical, nutritional, taste, etc. qualities, until the date listed.
On the other hand, once started, our products must be protected from microbes and heat. Keep them in the fridge once opened.
How do we revisit traditions?
