520 g stale bread, 1 l milk, 200 g sugar, 2 pears
1 jar of RUCHOFRUIT Extra Pear Jam
3 eggs, a little rum, 3 tbsp flour
In a bowl, soak the bread cut into pieces with the sweetened milk and flour.
Beat the eggs, cut the pears into cubes then mix everything with the rum and the RUCHOFRUIT Pear Jam in the milk, bread and flour mixture.
Pour into a mold and bake for 1 hour at 180°C.
