SPELLED GRATIN WITH VEGETABLES
200 g Ventoux spelled
1 zucchini, 1 carrot, 1 piece of celery, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes
3 tsp RUCHOFRUIT Candied Tomato Spread
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Soak the spelled the day before.
Cook the spelled in a liter of boiling water with the celery and the carrot, cut into small cubes, for 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, brown the diced onion and zucchini in olive oil and add the diced tomatoes and the RUCHOFRUIT Candied Tomato .
Drain the spelled and the vegetables when they are cooked and mix them with the other vegetables. Salt and pepper.
Arrange in a gratin dish and add the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 15 minutes or until the gratin is golden brown.
