Provencal tomato tart

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • A goat cheese roll (La Bûche or Capricorn)
  • 1/2 jar of Flassanade of black olives
  • 4 very ripe tomatoes
  • A drizzle of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh basil to garnish
  • Preparation :

    Preheat the oven to 190°C. Spread the shortcrust pastry in a mold and pre-bake for about 5 minutes.
    Take the dish out of the oven and spread the Flassanade of black olives on the bottom of the shortcrust pastry. Cut the goat cheese into slices and arrange on top. Finish with the tomatoes cut into slices and a drizzle of olive oil. Put in the oven and cook for about 20-25 minutes.

    Serve warm with a green salad.
